Happy Happy Birthday, Children Dear, Happy Days will come to you all year....if I had a wish that it would be...a happy happy birthday to you from me

Whew! That was a long title!

Okay, so Mr. 27's birthday is today. Lindsey says Hans is 10 hours ahead of us here in Utah, so by the time y'all read this, he'll be well on his way to 28. Lindsey and Eva wanted to say Happy Birthday to their favorite husband/daddy. We all concur and wish him a Happy 27th Birthday!

Happy birthday! We hope you have a good day. Eva is the cutest thing in the world....Anyway, happy birthday. You are as old as me for like four more months.

Happy Birthday Hans! I hope you get some cake somewhere. Tell everyone it's your bday and maybe you'll get out of some duty or something. Who knows? Have a good one!

Oh- and I love the red nail polish on Eva, Lindsey! I used to paint Sarah's toenails when she was just a few months old and people always commented on them. She was too little to care. Do it while they're sleeping.

Thanks, but I won't take the credit for the nail polish. Gillian did it while I wasn't paying attention. She actually did Abby and Leah's too. I'm shocked that Eva would even sit still long enough to get them done. I still haven't heard from Hans today, so I guess he didn't tell anyone it was his birthday because he must be really busy.

Good day to the old man in the Army. Twenty-eight is totally young and vigorous. I am sure you feel that way.

I appreciate what you and your collegues are doing in Iraq. Keep up the good work and God bless you all.

We will try to keep your women happy while you are gone. That is easy with Eva the Hun. She is full of whatever happiness is made of.

She and all of the grandkids have wonderful parents, and bring joy to all of us, especially us older ones.

Balindous misses you, and it is pretty obvious. That is cool, and what supposed to be. Homecoming is still a ways away, but it will be wonderful.

Many more happy birtdays to you Capt. Hans.
