Healthy snacks

I'm looking for healthy snack ideas.  The boys love goldfish and I don't have a problem with them eating some but they want the entire mega box of goldfish.  Plus, I need snacks during the day too so I won't munch on chocolate or other not good for me things.  Here is what we eat and I'd love some ideas so I can mix things up a bit.

Popcorn (one of their favorite snacks)
homemade trail mix (they don't love this but they will eat it)
hard boiled eggs (mostly Will and I eat these)
apples, bananas, grapes
pretzels
muffins
homemade fruit leather (this was my first time making it and it was super easy and the boys loved it)
fiber one bars, special k bars, or trail mix bars (we buy these because they have fiber, are ok on sugar, and don't have red food dye)
goldfish (of course!)
salomi, crackers, and cheese

Those are the snacks we eat the most I think.  We have been trying the green smoothie thing--it's such a fad!  A good fad, though.  We have made smoothies regularly for the last seven years and the boys love them but only recently started making the green smoothies.  The boys like the taste fine but they say they don't like them because of the spinach.  I think we will keep trying them and as long as we switch them up sometimes without the spinach, I think the boys should be fine.  Also, this week I'm going to make homemade granola bars and see if we like those.  I'm also going to try and make homemade yogurt because I've heard it's pretty easy to make--and I'll know what goes in it!

What do you guys eat that are good, healthy snacks that I can give the boys?

Food...snacks...I really dislike trying to figure out what to feed my family. I try to make make my kids eat a fruit or veggie (they always pick the fruit) for one snack...which means Lauren usually doesn't eat anything! The other snack can be something else. Lauren and I made some really good and pretty healthy granola bars this week.

Daniel loves V-8 juice and so do I. Jared likes raw broccoli as long as there's ranch to dip it in. Alyssa likes carrots. Caleb likes watermelon and cucumbers. I love a fresh avocado and lately some of the other children are trying them and liking them. I like celery with Peanut butter in it.
Raisins and Craisins. Sometimes I'll make sugar free jello or pudding and put it in little containers so it's snack size servings.

You should ask Adam about the homemade apricote fruit leather that he ate on a trip to Utah from California. I am sure he has not forgotten. It was as I remember it on the hyway 50 route out near the Nevada sand dunes.
