Home

Just so you all know, we are home now. We spent Thursday night with gut issues. Myself and Isaac spent a good portion of the night throwing up and Eli and I both had a fever. Eli spent the majority of the night moaning and crying but refused to throw up. We woke up at 8:30 and tried to decide if we should make the drive home or wait until the next day. When the boys woke up they said they felt fine and thanks to Brent and Chelsey, who helped us load our car up and finish cleaning the Ellett's house, we left Salt Lake City at 11. We stopped at Gilly's house to pick up a red doggy (Isaac has to have his red doggy!) and then continued on our trip. Twice one of the boys said they had to go to the bathroom "right now!" so we pulled over and both times they continued to stand on the side of the road saying, "Oh, sorry, I don't have any pee now." Anyway, we made great time until we ran into a snow storm that required us to stop and put chains on the tires (good thing we bought some for the trip just in case....unfortunately, we didn't know how to put them on so we spent a good 30-45 minutes reading the instructions and putting them on). So, a few stomach aches, false peeing alarms, and snow storms later, we are here...and it only took us 11 1/2 hours! That's my report and now I'm going to bed and hoping to wake up with a perfectly healthy tummy...It was great seeing you all and thanks to everyone for hosting us and we hope none of you get our yucky tummy issues.
