This would be Portland, Oregon. Not too many large cities with elevation like that so close to the east, a large river running from the east to the west directly through it, an airport right on the river,and a pretty big road running along the river.

yep, it's portland. That was a good one. I coudln't seem to figure out what those two shiny things were along the river. it was driving me nuts!
