BYU is definitely on a roll. Dean Wright, Executive Director of Dining Services announced yesterday morning that BYU and Deseret Book have struck a deal -- any Deseret bookstore that has a Lion's Pantry section will begin to sell BYU ice cream in 8 oz containers. Dining Services is ecstatic to get that great ice cream out to more of the public. They hope to get this all in place in time for the conference session for women at the end of September. If it is ready by then, all the women will get a free scoop of ice cream - sorry guys, you won't get the freebie.
We have the challenge now of getting the ice cream cups produced with the logo that has been chosen. So if any of you live near one of those stores, look for the ice cream this fall!!

I like BYU icecream. Maybe we'll have to get some when we come for Christmas, even though it's winter!
