I had a great day with Ammerster Meister today. Check out his blog to see all the adventures he had on "Job Shadow Day" while he was visiting me. Everybody was very happy to have him there, but I sure had to do a lot of convincing of my direct supervisor to get him to let Ammon come. It was a bit of a battle, but I won and I think my boss figured out at the end of the day that it was a good experience for everybody.
