We had loads of fun together this week and I'm glad we all got to see each other. The kids were all great and played well together. In fact, I had to get after Sarah and Alyssa at midnight last night because they were still sitting up in Sarah's room doing "makeovers" and giggling. I think they'd have been up all night if I'd let them! All the boys were great and everyone seemed to have fun. We went to the park and played around at the house too.
Last night, Caleb was a trooper and watched all 11 kids while all the adults went out to dinner at the Cheesecake factory. We seriously overloaded on the food and can hardly walk. After 2 Thanksgiving dinners and dinner out, we've all put on a few pounds! Here's a picture of the whole gang last night.
Anyway, we're sorry we missed the rest of you and wish we could've spent it with the whole gang. I'm glad we had some of us together though! It's been a great week for family!

Sounds like lots of fun! Wish we could have all been there together. I'm glad you all got together and enjoyed each other. Maybe next time we should all go to Germany and crash Lindsey's party...:)

It looks like you had a great time! I'm so happy all of you got to get together and have a great weekend together. I hope one of these days we'll all get together for Thanksgiving - but for now, as long as we have each other scattered as you are, I'm happy.
We had a nice day out West, too. Everybody pitched in and brought food. It was all yummy - I didn't eat anything the next day because I was too full from the day before.
I love to have the family get together.
We did indeed have a great time. It was very nice to see everybody and just hang out. I am continually impressed with my siblings' choice of spouse (that sounds a bit awkward) and their children. Thanks to Chelsey and Brent for allowing us to stay at their house.
