We posted this on our website but aren't sure how many have actually seen that or even know about it. So I thought I'd post it here. How many of you actually visit the site? Is there a way to keep track when people visit your site, like a counter or something? would be interesting to know if no one ever visits or if people visit often.

I will look up your site - maybe it will help me. I always joke that my job is one of waste - I buy food, people eat it - it either goes to waste or to the waist. Now what kind of job is that?!!

In the links, can you call it Waist Management?
Instead of what it says. We wanted our link to say that as well, but it was taken, so the actual address is managingthewaist, but the title of hte blog is Waist Management.
