Father - Son?

I just watched Elder Lance B. Wickman speak in General Conference and I was struck by how much he and Dana Carvey look alike. The pictures don't really show the resemblance as I saw it on the screen, but it may trigger your memory... Anyone else agree?

I totally 100% agree! I kept thinking the entire time that he looked like someone and the minute I saw the picture I knew! Ha...Ha

You guys are totally weird. He gave a great talk, didn't he.
How many of you mothers, and especially fathers, listened to Elder Ballard's talk. It was great! Now if it would just work as stated - you know, don't overload anyone with church callings, let the mom get out for a night on her own, go out on dates (just the two of you), don't overschedule activities with kids, etc., etc. But I think it can if we work on it. I thought it was timely and important.
I loved Conference. I thought the morning session was especially powerful. It didn't help that I slept through three talks this afternoon. But the morning talks were wonderful as were the few I caught this afternoon.

His sons, Ethan and Josh, were in my ward a long time ago. Ethan was our home teacher or something and came over a lot. He was a smart, strange and funny guy. Josh was beautiful and every girl watched him from a far. He wasn't completely active in the church, though - somewhat of a mystery. He was good friends with one of my roommates, though, and they spent a little bit of time together.
They set me up on a blind date with their cousin, Ian, who was from out of town. We hit it off and I really liked him, but then it fizzled.
I do see his resemblence to Dana Carvey, though - pretty funny.

Yes, I thought the same thing when I watched!
Sorry to crash your family blog here. I don't know you, but I was just reading our Gen Conf Ensign, saw his picture and did an image search online for more pictures. And you were the first thing that popped up, with an image of Dana Carvey. Totally made me laugh.
I'm glad we're on the same wavelength.
