I also wanted to show you the coolest picture! The sun was setting and the icicles were already melting. I timed this one just right. And no, it isn't "doctored"!
I agree with Michelle. That first one is the best. I like it because there is no reference point. If you hadn't told me what it was, I might have assumed that it was a meteor crashing through the atmosphere trailing smoke. Totally cool picture.
I actually like the one with the sunset on the deck -- awesome! If you lived in Utah, you could have sent those to KSL and they would have shown them on the weather. Great pohtos! Mom
Yes, the snow is melting fast! It's supposed to warm up to about 60 by Wed! Now they're worried the Ohio River will reach flood stage. It's always something, isn't it! Michelle, I think you're parents probably got it worse than we did. It seems they said Columbus had 20 in! from this storm.
Chelsey, my friend Rodona asked about that 1st icicle picture, she was wondering if you waiting for it to drip and took the picture or if it was by luck you caught it. i sent her that picture, I just love it, I want to blow it up and frame it, so neat.
I was looking out at the snow and noticed the icicle dripping. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to catch it dropping, but I did. Luck I guess. I like the rings in the icicles. You can see where it has melted and frozen again.

These are beautiful pictures. It looks like you all had a fun day.
I love that first picture with the drip of water. So awesome. I think that's worth blowing up and framing. Great job on the timing of that picture.
Is your snow melting today?
