"We're Celebrities!!"

The funniest thing happened this evening. As it was getting dark, the first snowplow ventured into our culdesac. The snowplow got stuck. We watched from our doorway as he tried for a while to get "unstuck", but with our circle on a downward slope, he just kept sliding into the curb unable to get out. Finally, he got out of the truck and Brent asked if he needed help shoveling out the tires. The boys (Geoff and his friend Tristan) were sooooooo excited to get to help the snowplow guy! I told Brent that Geoff would think it was pretty cool to tell his buddies at school on Monday the story of how he helped the snowplow. Sure enough, 5 minutes later, Geoff proudly walked in the house shouting, "We're going to be celebrities!" Do I know my kid or what??

After a neighborhood attempt, it took a second snowplow to tow the first out of the snowbank. At least it wasn't stuck in my front yard all weekend!
