Shrek

Hey there. I just got back from seeing the new shrek 3. Have any of you seen it? What did you think. On another note, the country singer Toby Keith just gave a free concert on the airbase I live on. It was pritty good. It's nice that there are people out there who give free concerts for moral. I'm sure the military paid him something for his travels, but he doesn't receive any extra money from ticket sales and things. He was in Iraq just the day before giving a free concert to help boost the morale. I think that's great. I actually had more fun watching what people wear to these things. The military seems to dig up some pretty ''interesting'' people. It's a good thing they have to wear uniforms every day. I wonder if some of the women realize their bellies and boobs for that matter are hanging out all over the place. I'd love to buy them a full length mirror. Besides that, the concert was great. It was 94 degrees today. That's my kind of weather! Talk to you all later. Love ya!

P.S. I know my spelling is all messed up, but I'm typing on a German keyboard so all the keys and the mouse on this stupid computer is screwed up. I don't like mouses on laptops.

We haven't seen Shrek. I think it would be cool to see Toby Keith live. I've only ever been to two concerts though. Was it good, other than the crazy fat, booby-lishous people?

It's funny...I've got coworkers who don't like Toby Keith...not because he's a country singer, but because he's too patriotic and vocal about it. They don't like that he wears his patriotic emotions on his sleeve and in his music.

Of course, they have no problem watching a Susan Sarandon movie. Or Sean Penn. Or Tim Robbins. Double standard? I think so.

You know what, it's a nice change of pace to see someone patiotic. I'm so sick all this crap going on these days. Even if you don't agree with the war, you still need to show appriciation for the soldiers and for our country and the freedoms we enjoy. So, thanks Toby Keith for wearing your patriotism on your sleeve. I'm grateful for this country and people who make it possible for me to have my freedom.
