So, this is a stupid post but I am so excited about it! We have about $4 in our food budget left this month and have had that amount for about ten days so I have been trying to act like mom (you know how you go home and look in the fridge and there is nothing to eat and then an hour later she miraculously has a great meal on the table?). Last night I decided to try and make bread. I have done it once before and it didn't turn out so well. So, I was nervous to try again. It was perfect! I am so proud of myself and hope someone else is proud of me too! I don't think Mike cared too much....

I am sure Mike cared very much. That is some good looking bread. I am getting hungry just looking at it.
As I said on the phone last night, package it up and send it out.
With Jen being pregnant, our food budget was blown pretty quickly. Maybe it actually because I'm doing the shopping now and buying things besides bread and milk.
Wow! That's some good looking bread and I'm sure Mike appreciated it. It took me lots of tries to make it look as good as you did.
