Our realtor did a great job this week and got our home listed in the local free paper that gets delivered to every home in the area. The article was really flattering and will hopefully get people in to see our house. We're doing an open house this weekend, though I'm not holding my breath too many people will show up. There usually aren't too many people (aside from curious neighbors) that go to open houses. We'll see. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
The kids also had their art show at school last week. Sarah and Geoff had several pieces of art displayed, though Geoff was too embarrassed to have me take a photo of more than just one. He's getting too "cool" I guess. ;) I told the kids I'd share these pictures since grandma and grandpa couldn't come to the art night at school. These are just a few of them.

The kids' artwork is fantastic! I love the pattern Geoffrey chose and I'm very impressed with Sarah's as well. Great job, kiddos!! I wish I could have been there to see it.
I agree that your agent did a great job with the paper write-up. Hopefully people will flock to see the place.
I think that house would sell for more than $289 here in SLC. Considering my house will sell for ~$205, yours would do well here in the valley. -Jess
