John's Birthday

We got to go celebrate John's 1st birthday yesterday. The plan had been to go to a park, but we had lots of rain and it was very cool so we just stayed at Lance & Nancy's apartment. They served pizza and a yummy pasta dish along with a very yummy birthday cake and ice cream. John is one cute little guy. He walks like a pro and he was mezmerized with a toy he got from his mommy and daddy that made car sounds. Thanks for inviting us, guys. It was wonderful to see John and see how well he walks and it was very nice to see Nancy's parents as well.
