Drunk and leprechauns

Our home teacher and his wife came to visit this week. His wife used to be one of Will's teachers in Sunbeams and now that Will has moved into my class, she is Isaac's teacher. She didn't know that Will and Isaac were related and she also didn't know who Isaac's parents were. So when Isaac came into her class the first week and said, "My dad is a drunk" she was worried. She didn't know what to do about it and told her husband who was shocked and then she told her brother-in-law, a former bishop and member of the high priests group. He started laughing and was like, "Brother Richards? I don't think so." They told us and we just laughed and laughed. The next day my visiting teachers came over. It was March 31st and one of the ladies is married to a member of the bishopric. She told me I should call the bishop and play an April Fools joke on Mike and have the bishop call him in and say, "Brother Richards, I've been hearing that you are having problems with drinking." I almost did it! That would have been pretty funny don't you think?

On another topic, tonight when we were putting the boys to bed we were telling the boys a scripture story and Will said, "Mom, tomorrow can you tell us the story of Jesus healing the leprechaun?" Ha. Ha. I don't know that story so if you all have an idea what it is, pass it on to me.

We had a beautiful Easter Sunday and loved General Conference. We will post pictures on our blog of our egg hunt so look for that later. We hope you all had a good Easter as well.

I am pretty sure that Will means Jesus healing the Leper. haha! That is way funny! I love that. You totally should have played that joke on Mike.

Thank you for the chuckle of the day! I had a great laugh over the drunkness that's going on and the leprechauns that need to be healed. What an interesting household you have!

Doesn't it make you wonder why Isaac said that? What a silly boy! -Jen
