Baby Ted is Here!

Theodore Laurence Clark has arrived! He weighed 8 lbs, 11 oz at 21 inches long. Nancy was a week overdue, so she got induced with Pitocin this morning. We got to the hospital at 5:20am and the baby was out by 10:18am. Pretty quick. Nancy delivered without an epidural and did great! (although she says she will never do that again, esp. with Pitocin)

We delivered at Florida Hospital Tampa. We have loved all the clinical staff so far.
I think the face says it all. Um, yeah.
Here is our guy chillin' under the heat lamp!

We are so happy to have him in our family. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! We feel very blessed.

Wonderful news!! Nancy, you're a trooper to do that without an epidural...especially since you were induced! Congratulations to you all and I hope you have a speedy recovery!

So awesome!!! Congratulations! He was born on Brenden's birthday and almost at the same time of the morning.
How are you feeling?

Congratulations! Ted does look a lot like his older brother John! What adorable little boys you have! (Nancy, I PROMISE it will never be as bad as this time. As long as you don't have pitocin! Pitocin is the devil!!)

I can definitely feel the pain in that second picture. You are a champion, girl!

So sorry it's taken this long to congratulate you, but we've been out of town. I was thinking about Nancy the whole weekend, wondering if she had Ted or not. So glad to hear everything went well and the baby and Nancy are healthy. Ted looks like a pretty big boy. Way to go you guys. I love that picture of Nancy. I think I have one of me just like that after each of my babies were born.
