Bliss -- Pure Bliss

Jim has the refrigerator wired and working. We've transferred all the food into it and into the freezer in the garage. This fridge is much narrower than the old fridge - and it's just what we needed.

This oven is bliss -- pure bliss! Jim got the gas line re-done and hooked up and the stove didn't explode on me when I started it up. We cooked on it and Jim baked a pie tonight. It didn't burn! The edges came out evenly browned. And there's even a timer on it! Imagine that..............

I can't wait to bake some pizza in this oven!!

I got Ammon into his lift all by myself tonight and transferred him from his bed to his wheelchair. That was bliss, too! He gets a little fearful when you first roll him to get it around him, but once it begins to lift and he swings, he's all smiles!

Those appliances look great. I love stainless steel but Michelle doesn't like it much.

Your appliances do look fabulous. I had a tiny crappy stove for the first 5 years we lived here, it just makes me appreciate all the more the nice one I have now. And awesome that Jim baked you a pie!
I love Ammon's new swingy chair, it looks like a lot of fun!

I love new appliances. The only reason I haven't chosen stainless steel is it seems to show more fingerprints than white appliances. Glad you have a good oven which will hold a lot of pizzas!

Michelle, I agree with the problem of fingerprints. I do wipe it down every day but maybe it will stay cleaner that way than letting the white one get all grimy.
The sides look stainless steel but they aren't - it's just the door. We don't have lots of kids to add to the fingerprint issue any more so it won't be as bad as it would with lots of teenagers that like to get in the fridge. :)
