St. Louis Trip - Part 2

I had the opportunity to attend a two day conference in St. Louis held by the NAEP (National Association of Education Procurement) called the Procurement Academy. It was excellent and I learned a lot. I stayed in the Ritz Carlton where the meetings were held in an upscale area of St. Louis called Clayton.
