Guys Day Off

Ammon didn't have school on Thursday because his class went to Lagoon and he didn't want to go. So he and I took Mom to work and then took our pigeons to single toss them at Thanksgiving Point Children's Museum.
Ammon took this picture. Not bad for his first try with the big camera.

I am learning to use the new camera and having lots of fun with it.

This is the Children's Museum. Thanksgiving Point is just finishing up with their tulip festival. I was able to get a few pictures of their beautiful tulips.

My birds will be flying home from Deer Lodge, Montana, today. It is 440 air miles. I hope them come home. The weather looks a little nasty right now.

That's a fantastic picture of Dad and his bird. Ammon, you've done well!

We had a pretty good (for Utah standards) thunderstorm roll through the valley today but it was over before I could count to 30. Nothing like the storm Lance experienced today while we were speaking on the phone. -Jess
