Before Brent's stake PEC meeting last night, he had a quick meeting with one of the stake counselors. I think he thought it was to discuss the progress of the stake audits (which he oversees). Nope. He got ANOTHER assignment. So let's see, he's got all these assignments:
High Counselor -- assigned to both the Camden (spanish speaking) and Pennsauken wards.
Stake Auditor -- oversees all 12 wards (including spanish wards that aren't too familiar with audit procedures)
Stake Building Facilitator -- thankfully, an easy one so far!
and NOW....
New Building Represenative -- He has been asked to be involved with the building of a new chapel in Camden. Currently, the Camden and Pennsauken wards meet in a building that sits in a sort of strip mall. They are fast growing and need a new meeting place.
So, while Brent is actually really excited about this new assignment, he's become quite the master juggler these days. I don't know how he does it all. At least tonight he's going to be able to blow off some steam at the Rush concert over in Hershey, PA. He's going with some of the guys in our ward that all like Rush. More power to ya, guys. I'm grateful he's going with the guys and getting a chance to have fun.

The Rush concert is the only part of your post that sounds exciting.
Ha! I'm just glad I don't have to go to this Rush concert with him and watch the silly washing machine swirl round and round on stage. Brent laughs at me when I complain that the gym (jewish facility mind you!) plays Rush at 5:30 am. Who listens to that music that early?!
Man, that is a lot of work! Hope many blessings come with such great service.
Busy, busy Brent. You are a good wife too to support him. That is why he can do it all!
Well Brent, it is easy to hear Rush every day. He comes on at eleven in this area. Right after Glen Beck.

Hey papa, I heard your boy Glenn Beck was discontinuing his normal Fox show. -Jess
