Flowers make me smile. Sometimes they make me cry. They always make me happy. Thanks to the special people that sent me a floral arrangement today. It made me cry and smile. It made me very happy.
Ooh, look at you! That bottom photo is great. Way to focus on the center of the flower and use a very shallow depth of field. Now all you've got to do is put a solid background behind the flowers, spritz some water on it like rain, and you're a professional flower photographer. -Jess

Well, I did it in the office, not with natural light and not outside. I didn't have a white shower curtain at hand, either. :)

Flowers = spring, even with snow on the ground. In another few weeks, my crocuses should be poking out of the ground. I can't wait.
