Austin & Some Deer
Gorgeous, beautiful baby Austin. We were able to get up to see this sweet little guy the day before Thanksgiving. In my opinion, I think he looks very much like Jess looked when he was a baby. We are so thankful he is here!
On Thanksgiving day we were invaded (literally) by deer. They were in our yard for about 24 hours in various groups. You can see the footprints in the yard. They found the leaves under the snow and they were digging under the snow to get to the leaves. They had a virtual Thanksgiving feast and the word must have gotten out to half the deer in this valley to go to the Clarks because we had groups of 3-5 at any given time. I've never seen anything like it.
Included in one of the groups was a 4 point buck. I've never seen a buck in our yard. It's always a doe and her babies. It was kind of exciting to see him.

That is one adorable baby. I miss having babies around here. Wish I could hold him.
I am amazed at the amount of deer in your yard. Just hope they don't walk or jump on anyone's vehicles. I'm always afraid of hitting these such animals when I drive on Hwy.1 out of Iowa City at night.
He is so so cute! We cant wait to meet him.
On our road trip back from SC we were playing 20 questions and he was one of the people I picked. Dave got it on the last question!
It is def. looking like Christmas time there.
