Yesterday was a GREAT day for sports at BYU. The basketball team played in a tournament yesterday afternoon against the University of Nevada and won 110 to 104. It was a blistering game. BYU shot 63%, U of N shot 59%. It was such a fun game to watch (at work) and listen to. Tonight they play Nebraska who won their game last night in the tournament. I'm rooting for BYU, not Nebraska. BYU is now 11-1 in basketball this season.
And then the bowl game --- Whew - we finally won one and it was a great victory. BYU 44, Oregon State 20. Ammon even got into the game - he turned his wheelchair around to watch the end of the game and yelled (as loud as he can yell), "Go Matt Bauman - you can do it! Do it for me!" It was pretty cute. I was jumping up and down, hollering, clapping and cheering. We kind of like these guys - we're attached to them and it was great to see them play well both offensively and defensively.
WAY TO TO COUGS!!!

That game was great indeed. It was fun to see them dominate in nearly every way. They actually played like the Utes do in big games! -Jess
