Here is a great fudge recipe. My co-worker makes it every year and brings it during the Christmas holiday season. She gave me the recipe so I'm passing it along. It's an easy recipe.
Mix together in large pan:
4 1/2 C. Sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
Bring to boil 8 minutes and stir occasionally.
Mix:
3-6 oz pkg chocolate chips
2 C. walnuts
8 oz jar Marshmallow Cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cube melted margarine
Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture -- blend well and put in refrigerator. 16x16x2 pan.
Makes 4 pounds

I love fudge but Jess doesn't. I got a recipe from a friend a few years ago that is delicious. I just bought the ingredients yesterday, so the girls and I are ready to make and EAT it soon!
