For everybody's information, Kaitlin is trying out to become a Dance Sterling Scholar today at her school. She had to apply, will have a personal interview, had to choreograph her own dance which she has to perform and will have to do an improv dance after the interview. I have no idea how she will do because I don't know her competition. She is nervous but upbeat.
I just wanted her to know that I'm really proud of the process she has gone through and for the fact that she wasn't afraid to give it a try. I wish her well - I'm rooting for you Kaitlin! I wish we could go watch but I don't think we're allowed.

Good luck Katy! I have been thinking of you all day and almost wrote something on here but it's been a very busy day and I haven't had much of an opportunity to get on today. I hope it all went well.
Ditto to Adrianne's words. Hope the audition went well. I remember that Polly Creer was the dance sterling scholar when I was a kid. -Jester
Best of luck to you, I hope it went well and that you make it!
Well? How'd it go? Are you happy? Sad? Resigned? Elated? Share.
That is so neat! Let us know how it went!
I don't think she will know the outcome until Monday or Tuesday. She felt ok about how she answered the questions and about how she danced. She said, "No matter whether I get it or not, I feel really good about myself and how I did."
