I watched a movie at the hospital while Ammon was being flushed. I had seen it many years ago, but not lately. It is a great movie and a fine read. The book was by Chiam Potok. The Chosen is a story about two Jewish boys in New York at the close of World War Two. Try to rent it and I promise you will love it.

I love Chiam Potok's books. I've read several. They are really interesting! Movie is as good as the book.
I have not read The Chosen but I read My Name is Asher Lev...actaully, maybe I have read the chosen. Anyway, very interesting book.
I haven't seen the movie but the book was great. I think I was 11 or 12 when I read it. I have often thought of it since and will have to go find it at the library to read again.
