Jim just called and said Ammon is actually going to have that surgery tonight sometime between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (meaning we really don't know what time he will go in). They are hoping he won't have to go into the PICU. If he doesn't go back into his room, I will have to post his whereabouts on the blog later tonight.
I have no more information about his condition or what they think they will find other than a hole in his bladder wall. Much of the infection has already cleared up and his spirits are much better today.
Wizard of Oz, here we go. I hope that will perk him up enough to have something to look forward to after the surgery. I am leaving work at 3:00 p.m. to be up there.
