A book review.

I just read an interesting and powerful book. It is called Leadership and Self-Deception--getting out of the box. I would recommend it to all. Please read it. It is a short read and will change the way you view leadership and relationships. This book is applicable to everyone, not just those of you who are working or are in a leadership role in church or in the workplace.

Who is the author? I couldn't pull up the picture to look more closely.

This book has some pretty sweet reviews over on Amazon. I just emailed my boss to see if I could buy it on the company dime for my professional advancement. -Jess

A guy from the Arbinger Institute came to our work retreat last November and spent the day talking about getting "out of the box." It was interesting. A BYU professor of philosophy, Terry Warner, is one of the founders of this institute. I typed his very first logic textbook when I worked for the Religion Dep't. He's a pretty great guy.
I'm sure this is a really good book. Thanks for letting me know about it.
