I think (if Jason is up to it) we should have a family workout when we're all in Utah for Gillian's wedding. One morning or evening before Gilly's wedding, we should go in the backyard or in the church gym and have a fun workout instructed by Jason. Jason, you can pick your favorite workout and show us all how it's done. I've wanted to take a class for you and/or Michelle ever since you guys started, so I think this would be lots of fun. I need my butt (thighs, abs, arms, and well, everything on my body for that matter) kicked back into shape. What does everyone think?

I'm in...as long as we skip the jumping jacks. Those hurt my foot and will do me in. Probably after the wedding would be better so we aren't all sore and achy for the wedding ~ unless Gilly wants a last effort workout!
I want to do zumba too! Michelle should teach you a few moves Jas! That'd be fun(ny) to watch us all mambo! AFV here we come!
I remember my "last-chance workouts" before I got married. Oh, to be as skinny as I was when I got married. That was about 20 lbs. ago. And a much lower pulse and stronger muscles.
Can I pretend to be part of your family and come too?
Chelsey, we should do it before the wedding that way we can all participate. A few of us are leaving soon after the wedding is over. I leave on Sunday the 2nd and I believe Adrianne and Dave leave right after me. So, before would work better. We'll just have to all take turns taking baths to soak our aching muscles afterward. Natalie, please please please come! I want to see you and you are part of the family!

The only day we would have available if we did it before the wedding would be Thursday. If we do it after we could do it Saturday.
I'm in. I was planning on doing something while there--running, walking, whatever, so this would be great.
We all have an appointment on Saturday to tour the new Oquirrah Mt. Temple (we have the tickets if you want to go through) and then we are having a pizza party at Jess' house which is only 6 miles away from the temple. So---
you could all do the session with Jason at Jess' house after we're done with the temple if you want.
You guys think you are just so funny, don't you? If you want a kick butt workout, bring your bikes. We'll do some interval training in honor of the Tour de France. We will start in Salem and ride up to Mom and Dad's house five times. If you don't want to ride, we can run a quick 10K. Sound good? Or better yet, bring your golf clubs and we will go walk 18 holes while hitting that irritating little white ball.
Okay, if you insist, I guess I'll try the last option you list.
Actually, I'm in for either the bike ride, the golf, or both. Let's go!
I'm in for Golf. Not just the guys this time. Jason, we can't do the bike thing though because most of us won't have axcess to a bike. I want you to give us an arobic class though. I'm sure the bike would really kill me anyway. I'm not looking to die any time soon. :)

I think you all are nuts! I do enjoy that last comment by Michelle, however. This Zumba stuff must be a fun watch.
