I love summer! I love swimming. My kids love swimming. I love the sun. I love the warmth. I love a good tan. If I could live on a beach the rest of my life, I would. I know this is a really stupid blog post, but I'm just happy it's sunny and warm. I just took my kids to the pool and enjoyed a great morning with some friends here in South Carolina. I invited three other ladies and their kids to come with me. One of those friends was Jen's first cousin Natalie. She's great. We had such a great time. Summer makes me happy.

If you've got such great friends and access to a fun pool here why the heck are you chomping at the bit to leave us all again for Germany in 6 months!!!?? Sounds like you had a great day! We'll be there soon ~ 2 weeks and counting..I can't wait to hit the beach myself!
I love summer too! The other day the girls were playing outside and I was thinking how much FUN it is to be a stay at home mom in the summer (winter...stuck in the house all day...a little harder). There are always so many fun things to do! I'm glad/jealous that you get to hang out with Nat!
I love summer and I could live at the beach forever too. I heard a bunch of little girls shrieking with delight as they played in a kiddie pool outside our apartment. Summer is the bomb and I can't wait to be in Florida for 6 weeks!!

My children love the beach. We had so much fun in Florida 4 years ago that they all ask from time to time when we are going back. We would love to come visit you. When is a good time to have 8 more come by?
Michelle, any time girl! I'd LOVE to have you all out here. I really want to get to know your kids so bad. We have plenty of room here if the boys don't mind sleeping on couches and floors. We'll be here until around the end of October.

My boys won't mind sleeping anywhere. Plus we have lots of sleeping bags and a blow up matress if needed. When is the best time to visit?
Where are you going in October?
At the end of October, we'll be headed back to Germany. Hans was assigned a unit there. We also have a blow up mattress for them to use. The best time for us will probably be either August or September.
My parents wanted us to visit them in Ohio before school started, so that would be around the first 2 weeks of August and if that doesn't happen, then Labor Day weekend. I'm thinking that's when we'd get out there if that's okay.

we'll be in Germany for at least 3 years. We're hoping much longer than that though. We will just be renting out our house here in SC. We have a property manager already that deals with the house we already have here, so it shouldn't be a problem. September would be great to see you guys.
