I guess there's been a few too many of these. I remember for many years all Mom would ask for is that the kids don't fight for the entire day. Sorry we never got you that, Mom! Maybe we can do that this year.
Happy Mother's Day to Chris, Michelle, Chelsey, Amy, Jen, Adrianne, Lindsey, and Nancy! (I really hope I didn't miss anyone.)

So far so good! Brent even rescheduled all the usual Sunday morning meetings so he and his counselors could be home to help out this morning! Nice huh! He also got me a gift certificate for a massage. I've never had one before, so this should be great!
I don't think any of the kids fought, so I think we succeeded. We had a great time in Elk Ridge yesterday. We had a pot roast with potatoes and carrots, green salad (with cucumbers and peppers!), a fruit salad with strawberries and bananas, snickerdoodles, and peach cobbler. Oh, and a sweet selection of soda-fied drinks. The weather was perfect and we got to get re-acquainted with Ella and Henry. It's been a long time!
Tana should be on that list, too. She is for all intents and purposes a mother, too. She even has a baby. You know, Baby D. Other that that they are either trying to have a baby or practicing to do it.

Thanks to everyone yesterday. It was a very restful, enjoyable day. I was a Martha instead of a Mary and I loved it! The food was great and I appreciated everyone that helped prepare it and clean up the mess afterward. The flowers are beautiful that you gave me. I'm loving their smell even here in Ammon's room. I enjoyed seeing all the little kids again and holding baby John.
You guys are awesome!
