We went down to Clifford's to join in his family celebration for his birthday. Adam joined us there and then we went to Lance and Nancy's to celebrate Lance's birthday. We had cake (really yummy) and ice cream, visited for a while and then went outside to hit a guitar pinata.

Ammon got in the action - he even hit it but he's not very strong!
Gillian took some good hard hacks.
Nancy had a mean swing!
Little neighborhood kids took turns but it was Lance that was the one that finally broke the pinata.
We hope all of you have a wonderful year and that all your dreams come true. (Nancy, I'm not sure your dream of a gym, instant birth for John should come true, though.)

I called Lance last night and said, "Oh yeah, we did a pinata for Leah's birthday. But she turned two..."
Actually, I love pinata's, too, and would have enjoyed being there to celebrate with y'all.
