We had an earthquake here again yesterday. It was at 8 AM and I was at a church meeting. Everyone thought it was a truck that had run into the building but I remembered what the last one felt like and it was definitely an earthquake. I think it was a 3.8 or something close to that. Very weird feeling.
We are also probably going to get some severe weather, possibly tornadoes sometime between now and Wed. It is in the high 70's today but on Wed. there is a possibility of snow which makes us a prime target for tornadoes. I'll keep you posted on that.
There was something else but I can't remember what I was going to post.....hmmm. Well, let's see. I have no clothes for Will and only a few for Eli (after the third boy things are getting a little worn). I am not excited about having to go buy clothes. I'm not a shopper and it's hard to find the time to do it with all three boys. Where do you all go to find deals? Michelle? Chelsey? Jen? I love Old Navy but it is too expensive and the deals here aren't as good as I've seen other places. We used to have this great second hand store that I went to all the time but now it is closed (moved somewhere else I think) and they didn't have a lot of clothes for Will's size. I've been to the Children's place but it's about a 30 minute drive and I'm not sure that's worth it. Anyway, if you know of any good places to get great deals tell me about them. I like to find clothes under $5 if I can. After that, I really have a hard time knowing if it is worth it. I know I'm cheap.
One more thing. I have an appointment today for my wrist. I think I have tendinitis again. My wrist just aches. I'll probably have to wear another pretty blue wrist brace for awhile.

I am an under $5 kind of clothes buyer too. I usually buy their clothes at Target or Kohls. Kohls usually has their jumping bean brand of clothes on sale for $4 or $5 and I really like them.
Oh, and if anyone knows of a good meal that has lots of protein in it, pass that on!
Meals with protein. Chili for dinner and EGGS for breakfast.
As far as clothes go. I love garage sales and since you live in a warmer climate you will probably have those starting up soon. Go early. For instance if you read about a great one and it start at 8a.m., then be waiting at 7:45 for it to open and be the first to shop for the best deals. I love consignment stores too. Ask around about others in the area.
Ok Age... He isn't cute. haha just kidding but anyways i have become a frequent shopper at the gap just eating up the clearance. I got a beautiful pocket tee for 2 dollars! Awesome surplus pants for 15 and a beautiful cardigan for 20. I did notice that the womens clearance rack was abundant so who knows check it out.
oh i just realized you are looking for the boys.....sorry cant help ya.. haha
I like Kohls and Target clearance too. I've found if I shop at different Targets, some of them have the clothing for 75% off while at another Target they're only 50% off. Perhaps that takes more time, but I don't usually go all in one day. I also like Once Upon A Child. It's great for Jake! I don't usually get so lucky there for Geoff or Sarah, since they're older. The outlets here (Jeffersonville) are pretty good if you go at the end of the season. I got Jake a bunch of tshirts for 3 and 4$ (from the Children's Place) and bought them a size 4 for next year. I need to be better at shopping the sales like that for the following year.
Wal-Mart has excellent clearance sales as well for children and adults. They clearance new things each week. They have their racks labeled $2., $5., $7. and so it's easy to go through.
Best of luck with your wrist. Let us know what happens.
Sorry, I can't tell you he is not cute. He is, however, adorable, much like several other kids I know. I love his red hair. And he has great brothers to teach him how to be a fun and michevious boy. Good for them and him. And good luck to you.
You can try anything with tuna for protein of good quality. I love my old tuna a rice stuff I learned to make on my mission.
Didn't you kids know that you were wearing clothes from hand me downs, garage sales (love the mid-west), and that sort of thing? Once and a while Chris would find something new at a store like the ones already mentioned, but the things I have brought up were predominent.
Sorry about your wrist. I hope you do not get the old Arthur in there, too. He never goes away for me.

Dad, who's hand me downs is Will going to wear? Do you have a little boy in your ward that wants to send us clothes for him? That would be cool. I am all for clothes are garage sales but we don't have them yet and Will needs some clothes. Also, Isaac and Eli wear all of Will's old clothes and now the clothes are very old and stained. We need some new stuff.
You are right, and it is true that some of the hand me downs we got came from other ward members. Chris must have prayed for them, I do not know. Try it.
Hason sure wore more new clothes that any of the rest of the kids, except maybe Chelsey. So will is the beginning. I get the feeling that he is going to be the start of lots of things in your family. What fun you are going to have as you take time to think of it.
