I need to make a cake for the kids' school carnival this Friday. I would like to do a bundt cake of some sort because I found a really cool bundt cake pan on sale the other day at wally world and would like to use it. I've never owned a bundt pan so never make these kinds of cakes. Anyone got a great recipe to share? The cake is for a cake walk and it doesn't matter what kind of cake.

Also, my friend makes lemon bundt cake using just a regular lemon cake mix. After it cooks she mixes lemon juice with a little powdered sugar and drizzles it on top. Then she just gets lemon frosting from the store, warms it in the microwave and drizzles it on top too. It's super yummy!

Just take any cake mix, any 1 can of pie filling and 3 eggs. Mix together and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
My favorite cake is the Apple Spice
Take a Spice cake mix, with 1 can of apple pie filling and 3 eggs.
Or Cherry Chocolate. One fudge cake mix, with 1 can of Cherry pie filling and 3 eggs.
No water or oil needed and oh so yummy! Lemon is great too, Lemon cake mix, lemon pie filling, 3 eggs. You can get super creative with this.
If you have a stoneware bundt pan you can make these cakes in 12 minutes in the microwave.
On top of the cakes either sprinkled powdered sugar or a topping like carmel or chocolate drizzled on top.
Pull your pants down, sit in pan, put in oven...wait, you said "bundt?" Oh, I thought you said "butt." My bad. Oops. -Jester
