Obama ...Messiah?

Before I cast my vote, I want to ponder one last question: Could Obama be the Messiah as the leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan, has claimed him to be?

Let's look at some undeniable evidence: Obama has consistently exhibited supernatural powers. One of his greatest powers is the ability to become rubber and turn his opponents into glue, whenever you attack him, it bounces off him, and comes back as racism on you.

Secondly he also has the supernatural ability of shapeshifting: Consider this shocking evidence: believe it or not, Obama has a white mother!!! yet he has successfully cast himself into "the first black president" and used the race card better than any 100% black man ever has. In fact there is no instance of main stream media ever referring to his race as any thing other than black. If that doesn't convince you of his awesome shapeshifting ability, consider that he has the ability to talk about small town america as a bunch of small minded individuals who cling to their guns and religion when he is speaking to democrats, and almost at the same time cast himself as a uniter in front of republicans.

If his supernatural abilities have not convinced you yet that he is the messiah, consider the fact that he is the leader of his own religion!!! And no it is not the leader of the Jeremiah Wright Church of Afrocentric anti-american culture believers, nor is it the awesome voter registration group ACORN that community organized its way to registering various sports teams and Disney characters, but you're getting warmer. It is the religion of our very own domestic terrorist Bill Ayers: none other than Liberalism. Yes it is indeed a religion! How do I know? Well what is the one common trait of all religion: the ability to display intolerance to those whose views differ from the group. And what makes Liberalism so special is that they preach tolerance for everyone except those who aren't liberal!!

So the conclusion that I must draw is that Obama is indeed the messiah of Liberalism, and as such I will have to dissappoint the Nation of Islam, Hammas, Bill Ayers, Hakim Bey, Michael Moore, and all the other counter-cultural heroes and Hollywood community and vote for the grumpy old white guy: McCain.

That's funny Hans! You're very creative. I have to say that many around here idolize Obama as a religious leader. My particular neighborhood is more republican, but here it's every suburb for itself. In fact, one entrance to our subdivision had Mcain/Palin signs up and within a day I noticed they'd been removed. I knew there would be all kinds of arms up over that one. Why not just put up an Obama sign across the street? Ugh. I'm ready for this all to be over. Are there any local Iraqis weighing in on our presidential debates? What do they prefer?

I'm not voting for either candidate. I'm not sure what I'll vote for but I think I'll vote for the constitutional party again. They obviously won't win but at least I'll feel better about my vote.

I dont know who the Iraqis prefer in our election, just that PM Maliki was in favor of a timetable for withdrawal and there is a large portion that want us gone. Arabs generally want us out. The Kurds are the ones that love us and want us there for support because they are the most successful ethnic group that is virtually autonomous but does not have its own country...yet. Anyhow, I was just picking some fun at Obama. Even though I voted for McCain, I'm not going to kill myself over an Obama win, I think he'll be ok too. The liberal stuff I wrote is mostly true though, just a part of america. Though it is sad to say that a man like Bill Ayers can go from being a radical willing to bomb his own country to holding a prestigious position at a university all the while continuing to advocateomm the same radical philosophy in books and such. The book Rules for Radicals by community organizer guru Saul Alinsky is dedicated to Lucifer the first radical. That movement was responsible for good things such as civil rights, and also gay rights, feminism and pro-welfare and other movements designed to take power from the establishment and hand it over to the disenfranchised. It is messing with basic Newtonian views of the world such as Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, ie a fair days work for a fair days wage, and replacing it with rules similar to terrorism or Robin Hood myths of stealing from the rich and give to the poor. Obama was a community organizer and so I am sure he is familiar with the pholosophy.

Hans,
I think I'll write in your name. You seem to have more clarity than anyone else here in America. Obama frankly scares me. We keep finding the skeletons in the closet and his wife scares me just as much. When Obama started talking about the middle class, it only came after so many people were screaming about his elitism and hanging out with the Hollywood crowd. I didn't hear very much before that about what he planned to do for the middle class. As though he can truly do anything for them unless Congress agrees (you know, check & balances). I mis-trust the man completely.
I am seriously going to write in Glenn Beck. I want to exercise my right to vote but my conscience won't let me vote for someone just to vote against another. I don't feel good about either.

I actually really enjoyed last night's debate. Perhaps it was the questions or my ability to focus and actually listen. I liked that Bob Schieffer asked them "Aren't you both overlooking reality in regards to your spending plans? What are you going to cut?" And he asked about Roe V. Wade (which I think is what scares the beegees out of Dad if Obama gets elected). I just thought it was interesting. I liked McCain more after last night's debate than I previously had. This despite the media's declaration of Obama's victory in the debate. -Jess
