Back in Utah

We have returned from Jackson. The trip was great and Grand Teton National Park was fantastic. It doesn't have the geothermal fanciness of Yellowstone, but it's got plenty of scenic and majestic mountain fanciness. We went up to the Park twice but never made it up as far as Yellowstone (this was, after all, a work trip and I was there for a conference). To get there we drove up I-15 through Pocatello to Idaho Falls. From there, we went east to Swan Valley, then to Victor, then over Teton Pass to Wilson, and then down into Jackson. We returned the same way (sorry Mom, no Cokeville this time).

I put some pictures up on our personal blog.

The tetons are very beautiful. I went up there on a camping trip with some friends the year I graduated from college and we had a blast.
I'm glad you had a fun time!
