It's hot!

It's definitely summer here! It is in the 90's this week and all of next week. I'm kind of excited about all the fun summer stuff we can do now. It gets really humid here though so that also puts quite a damper on some of the fun I want to have. Anyway, what's the weather like for everyone else?

Gorgeous! Everything is green around here. We've had plenty of rain so far. The temps are great. The golf courses are calling! -Jess

It's 85 and terribly humid today. It's weird how this morning at 8 it was perfect outside! No humidity at all and a nice cool breeze. By the time I got back from my morning walk (that makes me sound really old) it was getting pretty muggy and hot. Now I'm indoors to stay. Rain's on the way tonight.

I wish it would never get warmer than today -- so beautiful! It's supposed to get into the 80s this weekend but it's in the 70's today and perfect. I am old, too, Chelsey, because I went on my lunch walk -- more cool photos to come and we'll see if any of you can guess where I took the pictures.

Oh I love the 70's. That is my favorite weather. I remember being in Utah last summer and at 7:30 Mike and I went for a walk. It was so nice outside! Here at 8:00 in the summer it is still in the 90's and humid, humid. Utah gets hot but I love how it cools down in the evening. It really made me miss living there when we were on our walk.

We got the torrential rain that Chelsey is going to be getting this morning. Now it is about 80 degrees and humid. I hate humidity. It won't stop raining here. We have been under flood warnings or watches continually for the last month and a half. Tomorrow is supposed to be mostly sunny though!!!

Germany has weird weather. Ever since Lance and Nancy left, it's been gray. Not cold though. It's been completely cloudy but humid and in the 80's. Eva has been swimming in her little kiddy pool for two weeks now. We had an awesome lightning and thunder storm last night and it was father and son's campout. I can't help but laugh at that. They got poured on. It's funny because we haven't gotten rain in quite some time, and the one night that the men in the ward have a campout, it rains. And not just a little rain, it poured!
