I'm drooling...

I know you may all think this is silly, but I'm ridiculously excited to be able to visit Cafe Rio when I come visit SLC next week.

I know some of you think Baja is better, but at this point, any real mexican food would be great. Cincy doesn't really do mexican. There's Indian food and the oh, so famous Skyline Chili (I can't even bring myself to try it), but no mexican outside of Taco Schmell.

I think I'd have a heart attack right there in the restaurant if I ate that much cheese (on top of chili on top of spaghetti). It's a HUGE local favorite out here. (Jake's sitting here on my lap while I write this and even he's looking at the pictures saying "Eeww. Dat's digusding.")

I think Jake is right. That does look a bit disgusting.

He jsust needs to spend some time with his grandpa Clark and he will learn that cheeze in any degree is not digusding ( I can't spell that either.).

Yeah, it's especially good when it is layered on the bottom of a pan, put in the oven until it is melted and then eaten for breakfast, right Dad?

Jen would be in Dad's boat: cheese = good. I guess that's the same boat as Wallace and Gromit.

I was just waiting for Jess to make a comment about me and cheese. I do like cheese, but I don't like it enough to put anywhere near that much cheese on anything.

i am a born and bred cincinnatian, and i order you to try the chili! either ask the peeps for light cheese, ask for the cheese on the side, or pick it off with your fingers (my personal preference). this chili is worth a messy hand, and that picture doesn't do it justice at all. it's delish!
