Chris and I stopped for a while at Adam and Amy's tonight as I took her home from work. I had to pick her up tonight. When we first got there Amy was on the couch with Ella and Henry and when the kids saw us it was like a light globe had gone on. I loved it. Before we left, Henry had warmed up to me and got so he wasn't afraid. He was jumping off the arm of the couch into my arms! Again, I loved it. I loved my own little kids, and I love all of you grandkids, too.
Ella will go to us without any fear. She is so pleasant! She smiles and laughs and is always so peaceful. Nice to have a kid like that once and a while.
Adam came home from work soon, and he as sure happy. He had just been named employee of the month at his work. They really made a big deal of it, and he was very pleased.
As Chris and I left, we both thought how blessed we are to see families like that, even when we are not able to actually go to their places. We still know that you all have good days like that because of how you all are!
Tomorrow are two more bithdays. Dan and Lance. We have just had Sarah and Will with theirs. These are good days. We wish you all the best of birthdays, and the best the future can bring.

That's awesome adam!! Congrats. I sure miss little Henry. He is such a cute little boy. He was fun to be around in Dec.
