These pictures are why I get the following comments each week (multiple times):
After looking at my tummy, "You are due in May? Oh, you'll never make it that long."
"You are going to have a huge baby!"
"Wow, you are looking ready to have that baby."
"You do look further along than you are."
I'm not sure why people think it's appropriate to say those kinds of things to a pregnant lady. I do look pretty big. BUT......I DON'T waddle (unless I've just gotten back from walking two miles with Mike and the boys). I also don't look pregnant from the back. And then you come up next to me and think, "whoa, she's pregnant." They aren't great pictures (more like mug shots).

You forgot the following:
"Don't you know what causes that?" The best response to that one is, "Yeah, why do you think I have 6?"
AND, my least favorite, "Are you guys going to be done after this one?"
People irritate me.
Well Adrianne, don't feel bad. On Sunday I had a guy in my ward come up to me and say, "Man, you've got to be the biggest pregnant woman I've ever seen". This is not a joke. He really said that. I just had to laugh it off. I said, "I know right!? and I'm not even carrying twins!"

P.S. there is a good reason why I haven't posted any pictures of my belly for a long time. It's way too embarrassing to look at how huge I really am.
I see dumb people...they're everywhere. Social tact. It's a lost art.
I don't think you're that big Adrianne! I always looked like a moose when I was pregnant! You look fine! Next time I dare you to ask, "And don't I look great!? I can't wait to have this darling baby!" See what they say to that.
Lindsey, that is so tacky of someone to say!!! What are people thinking? Does he actually think that would be funny to you or that it was a nice thing to say? I'm sorry he was so rude.
You look fine, Adrianne -- I don't think you look that big. Remember that in my days of being pregnant (all 25 years worth) we didn't wear tight fitting shirts that showed how big we were -- we wore full mumu-like tops. They weren't pretty, but they did hide it better than the tight shirts women wear these days. Just be proud of being pregnant and let people know you are. Maybe the next time some inconsiderate slob says something like that, you could answer back and say, "Yep, I'm pregnant. Aren't I cute?!" or "Isn't it wonderful! (Ammon would say something like that and he is always appropriate.)
Ignore people - like Jess says, social graces have been lost for a long time.
