All you need is Love!

I just wanted to be the first to say HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! I hope you all remember your loved ones...even if they live all the way in Germany. :)) I love you all very much. I consider myself a very blessed and fortunate person to be sent to such a wonderful family. We are all so blessed to have two very wonderful parents (in-laws too) who have brought us up to have love for our Heavenly Father and for each other. And not to mention that I happen to have the coolest brothers and sisters-in-law ever! Have a wonderful V-day and remember to give eachother plenty of Lovin'. I'll have to live vicariously thru you all...for now at least. he he he

Love your favorite sister, sister-in-law, child, aunt, etc. (you get the point) :))

Happy day indeed. I'm going in to work late today because we had a scavenger hunt for the girls today that led them to a gift. Then we're going to have a family breakfast.

We got absolutely dumped on last night with snow. When I got home from work at nearly 8pm (after a 2 hour commute), we shoveled 6 inches of snow off our driveway. When I woke up this morning, it didn't even look like I'd shoveled. Delightful!

Yep, happy valentines to you all. We are not doing much today. I got the boys a little chocolate valentine and made heart shaped, pink pancakes for breakfast. Then Mike and I are going out for dessert with some frineds tonight. We are getting rain, ice and snow tomorrow.

The snow caused all of us at our houseto grumble last night and this morning. The girls and I had to carry all our stuff down to the church because our van couldn't get up our road last night and we had to leave the car at the church overnight. Gillian couldn't even get into town and had to have some help parking her car at the bottom of the town. Jim and the girls then went down there to dig her car out this morning and move it so she could get to school today. He had to have someone pull our van out of the church parking lot because the snow plow had closed the entranceway. I went out and measured the snow on our driveway this morning at 6:00 a.m. (and it was still snowing). It measured 12" exactly. But still no school closing for us. Tooele, Lehi and Alpine districts were closed or delayed. It was a nasty storm that was forcast to be a quick mover - in and out in two hours. Yeah, right.
Nevertheless, the sun is shining in Provo right now and that makes the day ever so better.
I love you all and hope you find a way to make this day happy for someone else!

It'll all catch up to you later Dave...

That's fine though. Go cheap if you can! Brent's getting a card. Exciting huh! We hearted the kids' rooms after they went asleep last night. It's kind of become a tradition. We write things we like about each of them on the hearts and plaster their rooms. I think even Geoff likes it (secretly of course!) Jake woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep until he had touched all the hearts we'd stuck to his walls! He thought that was pretty neat too.
