This is going to be the hardest one yet. I am a little nervous. Some of the other people training for this class are hard core athletes. Several of them run marathons on a regular basis and they are all about 90 pounds lighter then I am. I am just hoping my plantar fasciitis doesn't flare up to badly. In spite of my nervousness, I really am looking forward to being able to teach this class. It is going to be a lot of fun and a lot of people at our gym are really looking forward to it. Wish me luck.
