Hey, do you all notice that the time for Mike to go to Guam is approaching? Do you see how long the lines go on the calendar? Be sad for me. I know, be sadder for Lindsey and Hans. I'm not comparing myself to them. They have it much worse. But I'm still sad he's leaving for so long!

Guam could be cool except that he thinks he has to work seven days a week, 12 hour days. But he also heard the previous guy only worked 8-4 so maybe not. Anyway, it will be in the 30's here and the 80's there.
that's a bad time to be gone because you'll have to do the christmas shopping and such by yourself. i'm sorry. what's he going to be doing out there? By the way, it's still hard when your husband is gone two days or 15 months. I feel for you. Love you!

Thanks Lindsey. I told Jess when I talked to him yesterday that I am bad for complaining when you and Hans have to be gone from each other so long. I think about you guys all the time and really feel so bad for you. I couldn't do it. I guess if I had to, I wouldn't have any other choice, you know? But I don't think I would handle it very well. I get all anxious just thinking about Mike leaving for three weeks. I've been trying to think of lots of fun things to do with the boys so we can stay busy.
