The happy guy in the picture is the youngest child, Ammon Andrew Clark, from Jim and Chris Clark, Papa Doc and the Duke. He is now twelve and is about to be ordained as a Deacon. Any of you who can come are invited to be there this Sunday at one p.m.

I have hundreds of family photos that need scanning, catagorizing and labeling. Chris has done much of the labeling on the back of the photos. I have decided to scan one a day and get it into the computer where it can be used by my electronic freeks. Even I think it is a great idea and much over due. I am saving a high quality tif image for publishing and a jpg for web use, like this one.

One of my favorite sayings goes something like this: "If I do just a little each day the job can gradually completely overwhelm me." I hope that this saying has little application to the present situation; but it will be close, which comes first: Death or being finished with the scanning.

This picture was taken in about the fall of 1997. Ammon is two and very happy. Even now, his dad is very happy with him.

I picked this one first because it is a special time for Ammon. I will try to mix it up as I go along.

Wow, that's weird seeing that picture. I was on my mission when this picture was taken.

I think scanning one a day is a great idea. Keep it up.

This was one of those rare days when he was able to be without an oxygen tube taped on his face. He was a chubby, happy little kid. Now he's a skinny, happy big kid.

I have a picture with him and David when he was about that old. He was so chubby and so cute!
