It's a sad day. It got worse and lasted for a few hours. Nothing stuck, of course, but still depressing. Not quite ready for this. We were wearing shorts and t-shirts yesterday with windows open. Ugh.
I don't think it is depressing at all...could you PLEASE send some of that our way...we already have the rain, but we need the chilliness and the snow. It was 91 degrees yesterday with tons of humidity!!!
We had snow on our lawn until Sunday afternoon. It actually stuck! That's pretty scary being Sept. 29. I thought about the two September weddings we had (28th & 30th)and felt very blessed that we had such wonderful weather for those weddings. Sure glad we didn't have one last weekend! It's cool out there today but beautiful. Another storm is moving in much like last Saturday's with snow in the mountains and on the benches and rain in the valleys. Seems like we only had our cooler off for about a week and a half and now the furnace is on. Fall is here!!!
I heard Jen laughing in the background as you said you had mowed the lawn yesteday. What does that mean? Mowers do not have a gender preference you know. So watch the laughing, or at least stop before spring comes.
