I was getting ready to post some pictures from Barcelona when my computer at home went crazy. I was attacked by a couple of viruses and worms and now my computer is sick. I have taken care of most of the problem but there are still some issues to deal with including pop-ups that nobody should see. I will eventually get those pictures online.
While I was complaining to Michelle that I needed some time off (Barcelona was work - kind of) and just never seemed to be able to really relax, she suggested I plan a boys only trip. That got me thinking. Our Young Men's organization just got back from a trip to the Boundry Waters in MN. Their stories sounded fantastic. I realize that would be a long trip for you UT folks but by next year, Mike (?), Brent, and I will be out this way. Canoeing the Boundry Waters would be a lot of fun. Let me know what you think.
My triathlon is this weekend. I am excited and nervous. I will do fairly well in the swim and the bike ride but I hate to run. My goal is to finish in 1 h 25 min. That would be five minutes faster than last year. Wish me luck.

Good luck on your triathlon! I can't even imagine doing such strenuous outdoor activity with the heat the way it is out here (about 10% or less humidity). I would die in the first 15 minutes!
Good luck with the triathlon! I'm really impressed that you are doing it.
Is this a sprint distance triathlon?
I'm heading to the Boundary Waters August 5 - 11 of this year. I'll scout it out and let you know what it's like. I will do plenty of driving/hiking/boating through the area...all while paid.
Yeah, it is a sprint tri. Next year I have my eye on an Olympic distance tri.
Have fun at the Boundry Waters. I wish I could be there with you. Just make sure to bring some industrial strength bug spray. Mosquitos are considered small hummingbirds in MN.
Hey, count me in on the Boundary Waters trip. By then I will have plenty of sky miles, so It wouldn't be too bad to fly out somewhere. Seriously, that would be a blast!
