That night we went to watch the fireworks from the Bean Museum Parking lot. We hung out on the grass and Henry had a good time relaxing on our now broken and discarded chair...(taps plays). Henry loved the jets that flew over, but didn't so much like the loud noises of the fireworks. He's the sensitive type and those firecrackers just aren't amenable to his ears.
The sunset is the view from Mom and Dad's backyard on Sunday night. All the fires make the sunsets quite fiery. It was cool - not literally though.

Both my boys love the swings too. That is all we need at the park. How do you keep Henry's flip-flops on? I bought some for Will and they were the cutest things. But he couldn't walk with them so I took them back.
his flip flops have little things on the back on his heels to keep them on. the sun looks amazing!!! the second comming is comming!!! heehee just kidding!
Great pictures. I'm sure glad you caught that sunset. You can tell Henry likes that swing!
I cannot even imagine the joy my father must feel to know about little Henry. That was his name, you know. And he loved little kids. Henry would have learned to love fig newton bars had he been around my dad. I am sure he did meet Henry long before he came here since Dad died in about 1981/
