Waiting...

Hello everyone.
I thought I'd just give a quick update with the pregnancy. Sorry if this is too much info for some of you!
I'm dilated to almost a 4 and 90% effaced. I went to the hospital yesterday to be evaluated for a pain I was having and while I was there they said my contractions were 2-3 minutes apart, but they were just tiny ones. They almost kept me there considering the whole thing, but my doc said to go ahead and send me home (which was good since I'm still here with no baby). I'm having contractions all the time and I guess we're just waiting for these contractions to be stronger and more regular. I feel like a time bomb that will go off any minute.
Hopefully you'll all be hearing from us again today or tomorrow! But you never know. At this rate, once I go into real labor I'll just have to show up at the hospital and push her out!
Amy

Good luck with your delivery. It's a great thing that the 2nd baby usually comes faster than the first. We're keeping you in our prayers!

Awesome! We're excited to meet little Ella when she comes. I hope for your sakes it comes soon. Jen would always mention how sore her back was during the last trimester and then as soon as the baby came, that pain was gone. I hope whatever pain you're having will quickly subside!

Best of luck to you Amy. It seems that the more children you have the more contractions you will have in the end. It's hard to wait, but it's all worth it in the end right? Until they are teenagers.

Wish I could be there to see your new little one. I was hoping we'd make it this August, but with gas prices it's looking like we are staying here and not traveling this summer so you'll have to post lost of pictures. I'm thinking you'll have her today. Lucky Day being the 7th of June. 6-7-07 has a nice ring to it.

Good luck. I'm so excited for you to have your little baby. I have some little clothes that I have to send to you. I'm sorry that you've had to wait around all the time. When was/is your due date? Is it soon or past? It doesn't matter because you will have her soon but I am just wondering. Good luck! You can do it!
