Sold!

Yeah! We got an offer this morning on our house! We will be paying closing costs, (actually L-3 will be paying some of them) but they offered more than our asking price. What a blessing to have this all taken care of! The only hang up is that the buyers need to be in our house by the 19th of July. Hopefully, the moving company can do that. We'll find out today. I think we'll move into a furnished apt in OH while we make final decisions on a home out there. We'd just like to be in a home before the school year starts. Just wanted to share the news with you all!
